COVID Protocol

Currently, the state of California and Orange County are under no mandates for COVID measures. We continuously monitor the information on a daily basis to make sure we are in compliance as things are a bit fluid.  As always, if you are not feeling well (regardless if it is COVID related) we do encourage you to use your best judgement in determining if you should be attending the conference.

Parking rates are $50 for valet and $35 for self parking daily regardless if you are staying overnight or coming just for the day. https://disneyland.disney.go.com/guest-services/parking/  (scroll to the bottom for parking specific to the hotel and note we do have a special price for valet).

We will provide lunch on Monday, and we encourage you to visit the posters at this time.  Both days will feature all day coffee and some morning and afternoon snacks.  We DO NOT have a full breakfast planned for either day.  Lunch on Tuesday is on your own, but there are many options nearby to walk to.

All speakers have been given the information on how to upload their talks ahead of time.  We will once again have a speaker upload area at the conference adjacent to registration.  If you are a speaker and have not received this information, please reach out ASAP.
