| Job Description: | Vector Control Technician II Department: Operations Pay Rate: $39.44 – $51.99 Hourly, Anticipated Starting Rate- $39.44 Employment Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt Opening Date: March 4, 2026. BASIC FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of the Director of Operations and Field Supervisor, the Vector Control Technician II performs work of varying difficulty in preventing and controlling mosquitoes and other vectors; provides supervision; and performs related work as required. RELATIONSHIP: The Vector Control Technician II reports to the Director of Operations, Field Supervisor, and serves at the will and pleasure of the District Manager. CLASS CHARACTERISTICS: The Vector Control Technician II exercises considerable judgment in organizing and carrying out the details involved in his/her assignments. This position may be given varying degrees of responsibility for providing advice and assistance to the property owners regarding the abatement of vectors.
