The MVCAC Vector Control Research Committee will be hosting a writer’s workshop on April 2, 2024, 10am-12pm to provide writing support to 2024 conference presenters that are currently preparing their submissions for Proceedings and Paper of the 2024 Annual Meeting of the MVCAC. The workshop will provide general guidelines for preparing a submission, tips for preparing high resolution figures, an introduction to ChatGPT, and an overview of the revision process. Additionally, there will be breakout sessions dedicated to preparing each of the following paper types: operational, programmatic, scientific, and public relations. During the breakout session previous authors will describe their process for preparing their extended abstracts or manuscripts.
