Description: THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN CENTRAL POINT, OREGON Position Summary: Under the direction and supervision of the District Manager, the Office Specialist is regarded as a regular full- time, exempt position as it relates to the organization and controlling administrative records. The Office Specialist plans and organizes files, forms, reports and business office procedures; checks all invoices and submits bills; responsible for payroll and associated records; organizes and maintains fiscal records, operational records, personnel records, and devises forms as required; formulates and maintains property, equipment, repairs and service records; analyzes recorded data and prepares summary and statistical reports for the Manager; develops and implements office procedures necessary for the efficient operation of the District.
